hey folks whats up and i hope your labor day holiday went well and more important it was a safe one to boot. i also hope everyone is having fun in their bowling as the new season is upon us and for me and my monday night league last night i started out throwing my kinetic energy/up-rising and i decided to go with the energy early on the went right to my banger hole finder for the rest of the night..so for the first game i had only one strike going into the 9th frame but struck out to end with a 194 game and i switched balls to my hole finder toward the end of the first game my second game went very well as my hole finder read the lanes pretty well but again i had a hardtime with carry as i finished the second game with a 215 game.so my third game while sticking with my hole finder and dealing with 3 other folks on my left side so the shot moved quite a bit as i found myself moving also and i started out very well striking the first three frame then opened then struck  but from there it got tricky for me as i ended up shooting a 184 game for a 593 series for the night. team wise we did pretty well again in taking 5 out of 7 points on the night..so for the first two week in we are ahead of last year start to the season so lets hope we came keep it going from here ..last thursday i ended up shooting ,201-213-223. for a 637 series..so thats all folks until this thursday night as we move into our send week on thursday night...

hello folks and whats up i hope all of you are doing great and bowling even better than great.so last night we started our monday night handicap league and for the most part everybody had a great night .so going back to last year we had 30 teams and this year we lost about 6 teams from last year but we have added alot of new faces at the sametime too.so last night we were on the low end of the house on lanes 1&2 since we are team #2 and so we proceeded on with filling out the sanction cards etc and at the sametime shadow bowl for the first night.the night started out real well for me and the team as we started out rolling a few strikes while the lanes  opened up all night and it showed during the first game in  shooting a 233 game.my second game i started  slowly but got going while staying with my kinetic energy  and i shot a 204 game .my third game again i started out with a few ringing 7 pins to start with and then i moved back out and then strung it together for a 211 game for a 648 series for the night.team wise we took 5 out of 7 points to start the season in good shape so lets hope the consistency stays with us as we move along during the season.......well thats all until thursday........

 whats up i hope everybody is bowling well and getting ready for the fall/winter league season .i,m hear to say i,m trying to do the samething but the problems i,m dealing with remains in house with my local center and amf in general not caring for us the league bowler.so on behalf of the league bowlers i mean when i say we as bowlers really  don,t get the respect that the regular open bowlers gets when they bring in their big corporate parties and birthday parties that feed them the big dollars .so i come to notice that amf and my local center has the same problems now that we have had for some time with the equipment breaking down and scoring monitors going out as well and oh by the way the lanes keep breaking down and dropping pins and sweeping off pins that the loose pin decks can,t pick up cause of employees that sit around and collect paychecks.so this leads me to the other part that concerns me and thats the folks that work in my center and the lack of caring for us the league bowler and as bowlers in general fail to see what we see when we walk into the center we notice it right away. so just yesterday we were in the middle of a tournament if you can consider it that to begin with but here it goes while the bowlers were bowling one of amf,s employees cut off the lights to begin their extreme bowling a little earlier than expected so we all stopped right then and there so again no respect at all. so all i,m hearing these days is that the center i roll in only cares about beer sales and open bowler profits with their extreme bowling program  along with their snack food profits so they overlook us the league bowler for anything else that remains for us so i don,t get it i guess it,s all corporates fault again and we can,t do anything about either so oh well i guess they truly don,t care about their own cause it,s basically running itself anyways. right..so if it weren,t for my commitment to the sport of bowling and my teams on mondays and thursdays and if it weren,t so easy for me to just ride a couple blocks to the center i wouldn,t be wasting all that gas money and my time to boot for all this agravation , i wouldn,t be bowling at all.so in closing i will seek other  things to do with my time since  they don,t really seem to care at all what we think and don,t care what we think they should and shouldn,t do to their center or centers ......so folks i,m sorry this is this long but i feel like this is the place for me to vent my fustrations  cause i,m one of many who truly cares about the sport of bowling and it bothers me to see it run in the ground such as this center has done to us over time. and to the sport of bowling...

well folks i have returned home from albuquerque new mexico and i had a great time seeing a part of the world that i don,t get a chance to see all the time.i went to santa fe and shopped around and did a little sight seeing and did a little gambling at the santa ana star casino and a few others as well while i was there but of course i didn,t win anything but had a great time anyways..bowling wise  i falirly well i thought for all events but got going a slow for team event in shooting 143-181-176 for a 500 series on the nose on thursday but for doubles/singles on friday i did better starting with doubles.i shot 203-204-182 for a 589 series i was using my track kinetic energy during doubles and singles i shot a 190-180-180 for a 550 series.l.so for all events i ended up with a 1639.so not too bad all in all considering the rest of the bowlers were struggling for the most part.i felt great thru the whole tournament i didn,t get too excited either way and it showed ....once i got done with my bowling i went to bowling ball express to ship my equipment back home and did a little more sight seeing  with the remaining time i had.i also went to the top of the mountain there and saw the resturant they had up there along with the ski slopes and it was much cooler up there too i might add soi took some great pics as well and i will post them as soon as i can.on saturday we went buy the unser racing musuem and had a great time there taking pictures and seeing all their racing thru the whole family starting from sprint cars right on to the indy cars the ran during their careers,it was awesome and i loved it..so folks this was a great trip and i,m looking forward to las vegas in 2009 and like the advertisement says are you all in ...well for me i,m all in for 2009...
